2. Membership

Eligibility: Membership is open to professionals 18 years and older.

Subscription: Your membership automatically renews each month at $35.00 unless you cancel.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Your access ends at the end of your current billing period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
  • Respect other members' privacy and confidentiality
  • Not share another member's information outside the community
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
  • Not post content that is illegal or violates others' rights

4. Community Guidelines

Our community is built on respect and safety. We enforce community guidelines to maintain a supportive environment. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the community.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through the platform are owned by Rise - Relax - Recover or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without permission.

6. Disclaimer

This community is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Our resources, workshops, and discussions are educational and supportive in nature. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rise - Relax - Recover is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new members. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable, though you can cancel anytime.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
